Woven from the wool of my Navajo Churro herd. This piece is hand dyed with goldenrod (a native fall flower), black walnut hulls, lichen collected from fallen branches, and avocado pits.

The wool from this weaving was shorn, cleaned, carded, spun and dyed with extreme care by my hand. It is a reflection of a season of my life as a shepherdess.

The wooden mount is made from black walnut harvested on our farm.
